Payment in full must be received before the Buyer receives custody of the puppy, but no later than the 8^th week birthday. If the puppy is being shipped, he/she will be shipped after turning eight weeks of age, and the mode of transportation will be agreed upon Breeder and Buyer. If the Buyer does not pay the full price on or before the puppy is eight weeks old, then the Breeder will release this agreement and may put the puppy with another Buyer.

Buyer hereby acknowledges a non-refundable deposit of $500 for this puppy. The deposit will be applied to the purchase price of the terms stated above. Upon receiving full payment, the Breeder will promptly complete requirements to release the AKC papers to the Buyer.

The buyer agrees to purchase the Rottweiler puppy under the following warranties and conditions: (No other warranties or guarantees are either expressed or implied).

• Parents of the puppy are certified normal or better for hip dysplasia from OFA or other certified equivalents from the country of origin.
• The puppy has received all vaccinations and worming required to date.
• Our puppy is a purebred Rottweiler and will be sold with Full or Limited Registration with AKC.

The buyer has the right within 72 hours to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. Buyer understands that there is a small percentage of the progeny of dogs certified by the OFA or other certified equivalent from the country of origin will develop hip dysplasia and the Breeder is not warranting OFA certifiable hips in this puppy.

The Buyer agrees to not breed the male or female they receive until at least 2 years of age and not to breed until the hips are certified by the OFA.

Buyer agrees that the puppy purchased WILL NOT BE USED FOR FIGHTING OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND. The buyer will agree to surrender the dog at no charge to the breeder at any time or local animal authorities if convicted of any crime related to this puppy.
